WORTHY ARE YOU

Worthy are You

Do you realize there are times that we don’t give ourselves powerful encouraging affirmations? We become shrunk by harsh words, self-hate, the feeling of being judged, and sometimes even feeling invisible.

My question is, who is telling you this? That voice…who is it? Is it your mom, dad, boyfriend, husband, your boss, or even yourself? Do you get weird looks from people you don’t even know? Are the people you love not seeing you for who you really are?

These are times when we expect people to protect us; and they don’t. Sometimes, they don’t know how to. Are there words directed at you that make you feel unworthy, and that you cannot succeed? Do you spend time focusing on things you don’t have as opposed to the beauty you do have?

Considering all the negative energy in our world today, these things can happen to the best of us.

So, here is what I want you to look at – it’s the real deal.

DO NOT spend your cherished time in that negative space.

Show up – be ready for today’s challenge – make it happen cap’n.  Everything won’t be perfect, but you can perform each day and every task to the best of your ability.  Now no one may notice, or even say ‘good job,’ but you will know you did your best.

There once was a little girl and she was talking to her mom and she said to her mom, “Mommie you always try to please people.” Now the little girl did not mean that she was wishy washy.  She meant that her mom always tries to make people happy by doing good deeds for them.  Her mom said, “I’m making the person that I am helping smile; but I am really pleasing GOD.”

I share that because you can’t please all men or probably not one. Not everyone is going to like you, but be in business of pleasing GOD and doing things that you enjoy.

So Today! Tell yourself how “AWESOME” you are – look in the mirror as you read this scripture:

So throw those fears and judgments that keep you from being the Charismatic Chica you were born to be, out the window.

Psalm 139

O lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.

Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.

Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.

Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.

Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.

14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!

18 If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.

19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.

20 For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.

21 Do not I hate them, O Lord, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?

22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

You are GOD’s Fantastic, Unique, Marvelous, Strong and Brave Daughter.

So Share your sweet self with your sweet world.

Love you Love,
